From April 2008 I have been the resident Toastmaster at the prestige wedding venue 'The Ramada Grange Hotel, Winterbourne' in South Gloucestershire.
I still have a few dates available for 2009 and 2010 for private bookings.

Planning and preparing your wedding is something which requires a great deal of thought. The day itself is the focal point of the entire process. Its importance cannot be underestimated when it comes to organisation. You want everything to be perfect from start to finish. You really cannot afford to leave anything to chance, can you?
You have ordered the dress, the appropriate outfits for the bridal party, the flowers, the cake, suitable cars to transport everybody from here to there, the photographer, perhaps even a videographer too! The venue has been booked and the catering arrangements have been confirmed.
Have you forgotten anything?
The name missing from all of the above is one of the most important investments you can make for your special day – A TOASTMASTER - to ensure that your wedding reception will run as smooth as clockwork. Yes, as a professional Toastmaster, I will enable you to relax and enjoy your special day secure in the knowledge that the proceedings are in capable hands.
So what does a toastmaster do?
I could do any of the following -

Advise before the wedding on certain aspects of the special day

Liaise with the banqueting manager

Liaise with the photographer and videographer
-
Receive your guests
-
Receive and escort the Bride & Groom on arrival
-
Organise the wedding line and make the necessary announcements
-
Announce the entrance of the Bride & Groom, escorting them to their seats
-
Organise the Grace to be said before the meal
-
Announce and organise the cutting of the Wedding cake
-
Announcing the toasts and speeches or any special presentations
-
Producing flowers and gifts at the right moments
-
Liaise and announce any entertainment that has been arranged
-
Make the necessary announcement and escort the Bride & Groom at the end of the Wedding reception
-
Informing the guests of the next stage in the process
-
Be available to deal with any problems or emergencies that may happen on the day
I have my own PA system with radio MIC included in the service I offer that can be used for the speeches. If the venue has no facility I can also provide background music as the system includes a CD player.
I will be dressed in the traditional Red Coat and Toastmaster uniform, but I can equally dress in a Dinner Jacket if required.
I will be on hand to make sure your day is a very special day.
Bookings are now being taken for 2009 and 2010.
